Youll drive and deliver a consistent customer focus, influence continuous improvement objectives, simplify processes, and remove single points of dependency, ensuring a reliable and resilient team capability.This role will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with all legislative and industrial obligations, and manage system integrations in collaboration with our Digital team.
