You will manage a team ofdevelopers and IT professionals, ensuring that the companys ICT infrastructure is scalable,secure, and efficient. Your role will involve working closely with other departments tounderstand business needs and translating them into innovative, sustainable technologysolutions.Key Responsibilitieso Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, systemadministrators, and ICT specialists.o Set clear goals and performance expectations for the ICT team.o Conduct regular performance reviews, offering coaching and developmentopportunities to ensure continued growth.o Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment within the ICT department. ICT Strategy & Innovationo Develop and implement the company''s ICT strategy, aligning it withEasyshed''s overall business goals.o Drive innovation and identify new technologies and solutions that improvebusiness efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.o Oversee the research, development, and integration of new tools, applications,and systems. Systems Development & Managemento Lead the development and implementation of custom software solutions,including ERP systems, CRM platforms, and eCommerce tools.o Oversee the development and integration of both in-house and third-partyo Ensure the scalability and flexibility of technology solutions to accommodatebusiness growth.o Manage system upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting to maintain smoothoperations.o Lead and manage ICT development projects from inception to completion,ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.o Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Operations) toensure technology solutions meet their needs.o Prepare project documentation, including plans, budgets, timelines, and post-project reviews. Security & Complianceo Ensure the security and integrity of Easysheds ICT systems and data,o Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all systems adhere to legaland regulatory standards, particularly regarding customer data and privacy.o Regularly assess vulnerabilities and risks, proactively addressing anyemerging issues.o Provide leadership in troubleshooting complex ICT problems, ensuring rapidresolution and minimizing downtime.o Oversee user support and issue resolution, ensuring all staff members have thetools and support they need to work efficiently.o Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems,processes, and procedures. Collaboration with Stakeholderso Work closely with senior management to understand business priorities ando Provide technical insights and guidance to non-technical stakeholders,ensuring that technology solutions are accessible and understandable.o Act as a liaison between the ICT department and other departments, ensuringseamless communication and collaboration.Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Software Engineering, or a related field.o Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT development and management, withat least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.o Proven experience managing development teams and delivering successfulICT projects.o Strong background in software development, system integration, and ICTinfrastructure management.o Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, or similar.o Experience with databases (SQL, MySQL, etc.), cloud platforms (AWS,Azure), and ERP/CRM solutions.o Knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, data protection regulations, andcompliance standards.o Familiarity with web development frameworks, eCommerce platforms, ando Experience in leading and managing ICT projects using methodologies likeAgile, Scrum, or Waterfall.o Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.o Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.o Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to presenttechnical information to non-technical stakeholders.o Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with externalpartners.o Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.o Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand user needs andtranslate them into technical solutions.Why Join Easyshed?
