Exciting opportunity to develop your career as a marketing specialist.Be part of a successful company located in the centre of Wodonga in picturesque NE Victoria.Permanent full-time position with flexible working arrangements.About the roleIf you''re looking for a position that focuses on developing effective marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement and organisational growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Your marketing skills and strategic thinking will be key in helping us optimize our marketing efforts and achieve our business objectives.There is lots to do:The primary purpose of this position is tosupport business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs with a focus on the following elements:Planning, developing and organizing marketing and advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectivesAdvising the management team on marketing and advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating customer/NDIS participant awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of each service we provideDevelop and implement innovative multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the AIIM Groups services and enhance brand awarenessDevelop engaging and creative written and visual content across all marketing channelsUtilise data analytics to measure campaign performance, generating insights to inform future strategiesDevelop and implement communication plans to enhance the AIIM Groups brandCollaborate with teams across the organisation to create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, videos, and advertisements and ensure consistent brand messagingGain referrals through developing stronger relationships with all NDIS service providers and our participantsStay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithmsManagement of marketing tools associated with the AIIM Groups marketing strategy (Microsoft Access, Excel, HubSpot, Website, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.).About you-your recipe for successThis is a unique opportunity to develop and grow in this role and make it your own.Marketing and business development knowledge and experience at a level aligned to the positions core responsibilitiesA degree or diploma with some relevant work experience; or a lesser qualification with substantial relevant experienceDemonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, objectives, policies and advertising programsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesExcellent analytical, organisational, and communication skillsProficient in marketing software and tools (Microsoft Access, Excel, HubSpot, Google Analytics, CRM systems)Experience in the disability sector with an understanding of the NDIS an advantage.About UsAIIM Choices Pty Ltd is part of the AIIM Group of Companies.The AIIM Group is regarded as a leader in the NDIS community specialising in plan management, support coordination, plan reviews and NDIS access applications providing an end-to-end service for the disability community.We listen, we Care.
