The Business Manager is responsible for the hiring, training and development of the M.A.C Artists and oversee the development of the management team and the ongoing development and advancement of the entire team. They will generate sales through their team, incremental business, perform outstanding customer service, and maximise profits by controlling expenses. The Business Manager must develop strong working relationships with their David Jones Retail Partners and Area Retail Manager of their region, and head office support departments.
