This role requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a deep understanding of market trends for Transformers in the Energy and Renewables sectors.How Youll Make An ImpactDevelop and execute strategies to achieve sales growth for distribution transformers within the region.Collaborate with the APAC Sales Team to contribute to and implement the overall sales strategy.Demonstrate strategic thinking and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.Engage with consultants and EPCs to identify future projects and manage opportunities using CRM tools.Participate in customer negotiations, manage bidding and pricing strategies, and conduct win/loss analysis.Coordinate with Channel Partners, set business goals, and support them in achieving regional sales targets.What You BringProven experience in sales, product management, account management, or a related role.Deep knowledge and selling experience in the Energy and Renewables Industry.Demonstrated ability to build a plan around achieving sales targets.Strong critical thinking, business insight, and adaptability to market conditions.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Willingness to travel and build strong client relationships across the region.About The TeamGrid TechnologiesOur Grid Technology division enables a reliable, sustainable, and digital grid.
