Were looking for people who are passionate, resourceful and committed to doing things better.THE OPPORTUNITYWere seeking a passionate and experienced Project Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in either Melbourne or Brisbane.This role is central to the successful positioning and launch of Kokodas luxury property developments. Youll bring marketing plans to life, across strategy, collateral, events, media and performance reporting - ensuring alignment with brand standards and commercial goals.Were looking for someone with proven experience in the property development sector who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.ABOUT THE ROLELead the development and execution of project marketing strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersCreate, implement and monitor marketing plans across digital, print, and event channelsOversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, email campaigns, social content, presentations and sales toolsAssist with high-impact launch events, VIP previews, display suite activations and stakeholder functionsManage agency relationships and media bookings to ensure timely delivery of assetsConduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategyOwn and manage project marketing budgets and invoices, ensuring alignment to forecastTrack performance of marketing initiatives and provide reporting and insights to key stakeholdersWork closely with Sales, Development and Creative teams to ensure seamless project delivery and consistent brand messagingMaintain strong communication with project stakeholders throughout the lifecycleABOUT YOUTertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Public RelationsProven experience in property development marketing, including launchesStrong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines under pressureExcellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skillsHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailData-literate, with an ability to analyse insights and performance metricsCreative thinker and natural problem-solverCommitted to continuous learning, high performance and quality outcomesPositive, proactive team player with a can-do attitudeON OFFERWere offering the opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-performing marketing team in a business that champions quality, creativity and ambition.
