We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Contract Manager to establish and optimise our contract management framework within the newly formed Operations Customer Support Team.In this pivotal role, you''ll lead the transition from reactive to proactive contract management, ensuring that all contractual data and documentation are meticulously organised to maximise value. Your expertise will drive the development and integration of Contract Management Plans (CMPs) into our contract management tools, while also conducting thorough reviews and validations within the Contract Administration Repository (CAR).Youll oversee daily contractual correspondence, provide strategic leadership in contract governance, and enhance planning processes to mitigate risks and manage contracts effectively. Your efforts will directly support our organisations long-term operational and commercial success.If you thrive on optimising contract efficiency and driving continuous improvement, we want you on our team! Apply today and be part of an innovative, forward-thinking environment.About YouExperience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial contract management or a related field.Education: Bachelors degree in business, Legal Studies, or a related field.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ServiceNow, Salesforce, or other contract management tools.Commercial Acumen: Critically analyse issues and opportunities with a commercial lens and provide commercially viable options and recommendations.Contractual/Legal Understanding: Ability to be able to understand and summarise requirements within a contract and able to apply contractual obligations to any issues or concerns raised.
