This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced person to join our Mt Isa operations.Working on either a 4/3, 7/7 or 8/6 roster, reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible forProviding technical training and mentoring to a team of Process Technicians to help meet production volumes and targets are met in a safe manner.Resolve operating issues as they arise,Maintenance notificationsIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement.What You''ll BringA results-driven and quality-focused team player with excellent mentoring and knowledge-based skills, you are capable of building strong professional relationships. This role will see you Incorporate standardised practices into areas for operating discipline, as well as actively promote and drive continuous improvement initiatives.In addition to this you will also have the following skills and attributes:You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture.Ideally you will possess a proven background working within a training role. Experience within a Chemical, Oil & Gas, Sugar, Power Generation, Acid Plant or other heavy continuous process plants will be highly regarded.Be an exceptional communicator, emotionally intelligent and take ownership of the role, and the people you''ll be training.As a minimum must hold TAE40116 or TAE40122 or equivalent with advanced qualifications in Training and Assessment or Design desirable.Keep TAE qualification current as per AQF, VET legislation, frameworks and/or standards and recommendations.
