We have openings across various categories including Consumer Electronics, Home & Leisure, FMCGs, Fashion, etc. As an Account Manager, you''ll nurture relationships with Selling Partners, helping them succeed on our platform and shape the future of e-commerce in Australia. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with Selling Partners. Drive growth by helping sellers adopt Amazon tools and services. Analyze industry and Amazon data to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to improve seller and customer experience. Meet or exceed account management and growth targets. Develop category expertise and relay market feedback to Amazon teams. Daily Activities Manage Selling Partners, promote business growth, and support account adoption primarily via phone and email. Experience in e-commerce or retail. CRM tools experience, e.g., Salesforce. Client management experience.
