We value diversity and are committed to an inclusive workplace, welcoming applicants regardless of ethnicity, gender, or disability.The OpportunityChange Manager Compliance & RegulatoryWe are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead enterprise-level regulatory change projects, focusing on APRAs CPS 230 (Operational Risk Management) and CPS 220 (Risk Management) standards.This role involves managing high-impact transformation projects, ensuring effective change management and compliance in complex regulatory environments.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement change management strategies supporting CPS 230 and CPS 220 compliance initiatives.Manage end-to-end change processes, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.Collaborate with client teams across Risk, Compliance, Operational Resilience, and Technology.Build change capability within client organizations for sustainable adoption.Identify, manage, and mitigate resistance and change-related risks.Monitor change effectiveness and adoption metrics.About You:5+ years of dedicated Change Management experience in compliance and regulatory projects.Strong understanding and practical experience with APRA Standards.Consulting or professional services background is highly desirable.Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and ability to navigate complex change environments.Why Work for Us?Our success depends on our talented people.
