We are looking for smart people who enjoy solving complex problems, and are interested in learning more about how the appropriate incentive structures can help organisations achieve their goals.In short, we help companies decide how to remunerate and incentivise their top people. This can be advising ASX50 Boards on what their CEOs salary and incentive package should look like, or helping a tech start-up design and implement an employee share option plan that will allow them to attract talent and grow their business.This team and this roles goal is to accurately advise our clients, we must understand their business, their strategy, and the remuneration landscape (what is considered appropriate). This means gaining a breadth of knowledge across industries and taking the time to understand individual clients and their priorities.
