Responsibilities include overseeing the entire design process, ensuring brand consistency and commercial success, collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers, and managing a small team of junior designers. Lead team and design seasonal collections Manage full product development cycle from concept to sample Create t-shirt graphics and textile prints (Proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop required) Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality, fit, and timelines Research trends and manage workflow alongside the Creative Director Skills & Experience 7+ years in fashion design, particularly activewear, swim, and accessories Strong technical knowledge and creative vision for commercial design Experience managing small teams (hands-on role) Expertise in garment construction, fabrics, trims, and hardware Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel Graphic design skills for textiles and graphics Leadership, decision-making, and autonomous working skills Excellent time management and stakeholder collaboration skills Adaptability in fast-paced environments Application Process Please submit your updated CV and portfolio of garments designed.
