HR Advisor | Southwest Sydney | $105,000 - $110,000Were partnering with a leading organisation in the pharmaceutical industry to recruit a capable and confident HR Advisor. This is a rare opportunity to step into a true generalist role that offers development, ownership, and the chance to make a meaningful impact across a commercial and support services workforce.About the RoleReporting directly to the HR Director Pacific Region, youll act as a trusted advisor to managers across commercial divisions. Youll provide guidance and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on industrial relations and performance management.This is a broad HR generalist position ideal for someone with strong foundational experience, looking to deepen their expertise in complex ER/IR matters while gaining exposure to strategic HR initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end support on performance management, investigations, and IR mattersAdvising and coaching people leaders across the business on HR best practiceManaging recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding and offboardingCoordinating remuneration reviews, salary letters, and benchmarkingPolicy development and updates in line with current legislationContributing to key projects in engagement, talent, and leadership developmentSupporting the broader P&C team on annual cycles and L&D initiativesMaintaining accurate records in Workday and providing reporting where neededAbout YouWere looking for someone who is confident, curious, and commercially minded, with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.
