The Team & Opportunity Vanguard seeks a skilled Performance Analyst to join our Investment Performance Analysis & Attribution (PA&A) team in Melbourne. In this role, you will contribute to the investment process by delivering accurate, insightful performance analysis to the Investment Management Group (IMG). Responsibilities include resolving complex performance challenges, improving attribution models, and fostering continuous process improvements. You will also mentor fellow analysts, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration. Duties & Responsibilities Guide and develop other Performance Analysts in measuring, analyzing, and interpreting the performance of Vanguard''s Funds, ETFs, and SMAs. Deliver and oversee accurate performance analysis, reports, and technical requests. Research and resolve complex performance issues. Lead solutions for complex performance and attribution modeling and process improvements. Provide insightful analysis and commentary to support Product Management and Distribution. Collaborate with Risk Management and Fund Financial Services to ensure efficient performance & attribution processes. Offer Investment Performance expertise in projects, presentations, and client meetings. Review and update calculation methodologies as needed. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in a Financial Services role. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; Accounting or Finance degree preferred. Preferred: CIPM or CFA qualifications.
