This is the kind of tomorrow were imagining here at TFA.Join us and help drive the future.What you''ll contribute toAs a Regional Training Manager within our Australian Alliance Automotive Finance (AAAF) team, you will provide support to dealers to drive the sales performance of AAAF products, resulting in the growth of their portfolio and revenue to dealers via KPI monitoring & improvements. You will do this by maintaining AAAFs corporate training standards and coordinating and delivering robust training courses and programs to achievesound performance standards using a variety of mediums available.Please note, this is a 12 month fixed term opportunity whilst a member of our team is on parental leave.How you''ll make an impactYou will ensure that people are engaged in the sale and promotion of finance products in their respective region, and are well trained and educated in the regulatory, company and general guidelines that are required to actas an agent for AAAF.Support AAAFs Business Plan as well as the Short-Term Business Plan and Dealer Sustainability PlanIdentify regional training needs through close consultation with internal stakeholders, dealership staff and team members to diagnose the problem area/s affecting performance and / or compliance. Assist with the development of countermeasures and training solutions to build performance accordinglyEngage with internal colleagues to seek their input and consensus in respect to developed training programs and contentContribute to, and at times, assist the instructional designers with the development and maintenance of pragmatic, fit for purpose, value adding training and learning content and presentation materials that meet the identified training needsStrive for continuous improvement regarding the performance of training solutions and processes to optimise learning transfer and return on investmentAnalyse regional reports to identify potential gaps and opportunities across the regionYour attributes - If you''ve got one or more, we''d love to hear from you!Strong financial services knowledge and experienceComprehensive understanding of finance and insurance productsRelationship management or account management experienceAbility to influence and facilitate across various delivery mediumsStrong presentation and communication skillsLife at Toyota & What we offer youWe pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
