Team Lead, Global People Services - Benefits AdministrationAs a member of Global People Services (GPS), you will play a meaningful role in how we grow our Nutanix business and support our people in their benefits journey. The Team Lead of our Benefits Administration will play a critical role in leading and governing the daily administrational tasks and monthly deliverables of the People team related to Benefits Administration (Benefit enrollment, Census data, Payroll reporting, Purchase Orders, Invoicing). This role will be global in nature and will have 2 - 4 direct reports.About the TeamThe Global People Services (GPS) team is responsible for delivering high-quality people and compliance services to employees across various employment lifecycle and people program needs, including employment contract execution to activation, compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, payroll, and compliance. They work collaboratively with other teams within the People Team and relevant stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a seamless employee experience and uphold compliance with employment laws and regulations. The GPS team operates in a fast-paced environment and thrives on finding creative solutions to challenges. They are dedicated to continuously improving the delivery of people services and strive for excellence in their work.You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Global People Services, located in Singapore.Your RoleLead, coach, and mentor a global team of Benefits Admin Analysts to ensure high performance and continuous improvement related to Benefits Administration (Benefit enrollment, Census data, Payroll reporting, Purchase Orders, Invoicing)Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Total Rewards, Finance etc.) to ensure processes align with organizational or lawful policies and business needs.Continuously analyze current processes or supporting documentation, suggest improvements, and drive change to resolve quickly and effectivelyAnalyze metrics to track team productivity, identify areas for improvement, and ensure goals are being met.Maintain and update with accuracy multi-country benefits employee enrollment overviewsManage multi-country benefit enrollment processes (hires, terminations, change requests)Reporting enrollments and changes, pensionable or insured salaries and contributions as required to vendorsReporting benefit changes to payroll as required on a monthly or annual basis and manage any required statutory benefits reportingManage Benefit census data and support Total Rewards team during annual contract renewals & annual open enrollment windows as applicableRespond to employee benefit queries & resolving first-line benefit-related issuesEnsuring accuracy of benefit census lists and perform monthly audits against vendor invoicesFollow up with employees and vendors on overpayment reimbursementWhat You Will Bring5+ years experience in benefits administration or payroll in a multinational environment;Highly Proficient with Excel, and rest of MS Office applicationsExperience implementing & managing a Benefit Administration platform e.g. Benefex, Darwin, AONHighly accurate and attention to detailExperience with Workday systemExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCustomer focused and service orientatedFluent written and verbal language skills in English. Multi-language skills are also useful.Ability to deal effectively with multiple tasksAble to work within tight deadlines and handle workload with flexibilityAdherence to deadlines & time management skillsComfortable and discrete dealing with confidential mattersFamiliar with working on different time zonesWork ArrangementHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration.
