Reporting to one of our highly experienced Associate Directors, in this position you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Administrators, and ensuing the smooth running of all operational and administration related areas of the business. Working as part of a collaborative team within a motivating and fast paced environment, you will be supplied all the necessary resources to ensure you succeed in your position. DUTIES. Provide administrative support to the business and its internal teams Ensure business operations are executed with a high level of quality Manage internal marketing and customer service elements of the business Conduct research and provide advice on operational/administrative processes Manage company infrastructure, operations, systems and processes Continued strategic planning for improved operational performance Database and software management and training Assist in the preparation and monitoring of operational and financial reports/records Supplier management across company business units SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Previous experience working in the recruitment field is highly desirable Relevant administration/operational experience in a corporate environment is a must Tertiary qualification in a related discipline is advantageous Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders CULTURE.
