In this role, youll lead problem-solving, manage projects, build strong client relationships, and support junior team memberswith guidance from senior leaders when needed. Youll mostly work on projects across Northern Australia, supported by our Darwin and national teams.Managers typically work on two or more projects at a time, with each project lasting around three to six months. Its a great opportunity to grow your consulting skills while working alongside a smart, passionate, and supportive team. While experience in management or strategy consulting is highly valued, we also welcome applicants from other backgrounds who can demonstrate structured thinking, analytical ability, and a commitment to making a difference.Were looking for someone who:Has around 6+ years of experience in a problem-solving rolethis could be in consulting, government, the social sector, law, finance, or business.Ideally brings experience from a management or strategy consulting firm, including skills in identifying core problems, structuring workplans, and conducting analysis to test hypotheses.Understands the context, issues, and key stakeholders in the Northern Territory and across Northern Australia, or is eager to learn and engage deeply with this landscape.Is self-motivated, organised, and able to see tasks through to completion.Has experience in research, data analysis, and developing clear, compelling presentations and reports.Communicates with empathy and professionalism, especially in complex or sensitive client settings.Understands and applies strategic consulting tools and can guide junior team members in developing these skills.Has strong relationship and project management skills and thrives in multi-stakeholder environments.Can lead and manage entire client projects or key components of larger engagements.Not sure if you meet every requirement?
