Youll collaborate with a supportive and experienced team, engage with a broad range of stakeholders, and play a key role in delivering high-impact projects from planning through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects through all stages of the lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closureEnsure all procurement activities comply with Commonwealth Procurement RulesBuild and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders through regular engagementManage project documentation and reporting in accordance with Defence and APP Group standardsDeliver outcomes on time and within budget, with a focus on risk management and continuous improvementOversee handover/takeover (HOTO) processes and ensure timely closeoutCapture and share lessons learned to enhance future project deliveryAbout YouBachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Engineering, Construction Management); postgraduate qualifications highly regardedMust currently hold (and be able to maintain) a minimum Baseline Security ClearanceProven experience managing projects, ideally within defence of government sectorExperience in program and project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or AgileUnderstanding of government procurement practices and compliance standardsExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsA rewarding careerStrive forward with purpose.
