Every day were reimagining and reinventing our stores, innovating new fulfilment processes, and developing simpler, smarter and more sustainable solutions to future proof our network and fight for a healthier planet.The OpportunityThe 360 Business Enablement & Smarter Operations tribe mission is to provide a smarter and safer experience for our Customers and our Store Teams.We do this by partnering across the Group to unlock economic end-to-end (e2e) value through the discovery, development and deployment of innovative technology and process transformation.The Business Analyst role will partner across the Program and the wider Business to validate the e2e economics of our Pipeline of Projects and support bringing these innovations to life in store.What youll doPartner with project stakeholders to provide timely insight on e2e program performance (Customer & Team & P&L) with a keen eye on future risk or opportunitiesLead the development of detailed project reviews and business casesProvide financial leadership and governance within the Project Squads you will supportAssist the Senior Finance Manager in articulating initiative strategies and preparing/presenting updates to key stakeholdersContribute to the forecast and budgeting process for project Opex & Capex and Program OverheadsPartner with the business units to budget and forecastWhat youll bringAn organized and curious self-starter with at least 1-2 years of finance experience and a strong drive for execution.Confidence in influencing and communicating with stakeholdersExperience with accessing data through GCPA flair for turning data into actionable insightsCA / CPA qualification (or working towards) preferred but not essentialGood understanding of operating within large matrix organisationsWhat youll experienceHybrid Flexibility: Blend in-office engagement with work-from-home opportunities for a balanced work week.Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.A global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.A range of programs to help you prioritise and manage your wellbeing, including a competitive leave policy and 24/7 access to the Sonder app.Everyone belongs at Woolworths GroupWe believe that diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are key to realising our purpose of better together for a better tomorrow.
