Always.We are St Vincents Health Australia, Australias largest not-for-profit provider of health and aged care services.Founded by The Sisters of Charity in 1857, our +30,000 healthcare superheroes operatepublic and private hospitals, residential aged care, community and virtual care, and outreach programs.About The RoleLead, direct and co-ordinate the day-to-day multidisciplinary care and treatment of clients in the team in an effort to maximise their recovery process.Responsible for the daily supervision, leadership and support of the CMHT as they work to meet the needs of clients and their carers.Direct management over those clinicians employed working in CMHT, maintaining client flow and client care focus.Co-ordination of client services- through liaison with all health care disciplines for the provision of services to meet client needs and the timely flow of clients through the system.Ensures the implementation of hospital/health network policy and procedure; the dissemination of information and ensure a safe environment for staff and clients.Responsible for the direction, co-ordination and supervision of the human resources under their management and safe and efficient clinical practice.About YouCurrently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency with a recognised post graduate tertiary qualification in a clinical speciality or management (or willingness to undertake same within 12 months) or equivalent relevant experience.Demonstrated operational, financial, human resource, workplace health and safety and effective communication / interpersonal skills experience at departmental level.Comprehensive understanding of clinical governance and current nursing issues.Ability to deliver, evidenced based, client centred care within a complex environment.Demonstrated experience in quality improvement principles, clinical policy and procedure development and implementation.Why work at St Vincents?Join us on our mission to provide care to all, including the most at-risk people in our communityDiscounted access to many gyms for you and your family with Fitness PassportAccess to discounted private health insurance with MedibankAccess to a government salary sacrifice program.
