This hands-on role will focus on enhancing our workforce through targeted recruitment efforts and driving sales leads for our various operational units, including Residential Care, Retirement Living, Home Care, and Veteran Services.To be successful in this role, wed expect you to:Implement comprehensive digital acquisition activity across multiple channelsPlan, execute, and manage paid digital media campaigns to drive recruitment and sales outcomesDistil campaign planning into channel and creative tactics that drive targeted outcomes and align with our Values and Brand GuidelinesUtilise data-driven insights to test and optimise creative executions for maximum ROIHelp qualify and monitor campaign leads to support our recruitment and sales goalsCollaborate with internal teams and external agencies to implement engaging and responsive digital lead-generation campaignsAbout you:Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferredExperience in digital acquisition marketing and paid media, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution, ideally with lead generation and/or acquisition experienceStrong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, testing and toolsProficiency in analytics and conversion trackingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborationCreative problem solver with a proactive approach and a passion for digital marketingExperienced in managing digital marketing campaign budgets and monitoring and optimising paid media campaigns for ROIHighly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple prioritiesResults-driven and proactive with a curious mindset and a commitment to continual improvement to achieve business goalsRSL LifeCare offer a range of benefits:Competitive remuneration package and Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging ($15,900 tax free) and Meal & Beverage Benefits ($2,650 tax free)Annual leave loading of 17.5%Fitness PassportFlexibility within a hybrid working environmentTeam-building activities, wellbeing days, and volunteering opportunitiesPersonal and professional development supportCollaborative and passionate team environmentOur commitment to diversity:RSL LifeCare is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
