Your day-to-day will include:Negotiating and managing contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.Handling variations, claims, and disputes with confidence.Keeping projects on track by monitoring progress, costs, and risks.Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholdersfrom site managers to architects and clients.Ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.Were looking for someone whos ready to hit the ground running. Youre experienced, detail-oriented, and love solving problems.
