Our platform connects our clients to a range of ethically-aligned professionals to support them through all stages of their separation and divorce, with a focus on Court as a last resort. This role is key to our B2B membership growth.We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. Youll become part of a collaborative cross-functional team who all share a growth mindset and a goal of creating significant social impact. The Account Manager is a key team member of The Separation Guide team, cultivating strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and consistently delivering value.Were looking for an Account Manager who can help us make a difference by:Onboarding Network Members, partnerships and new clientsMaintaining a strong connection between existing and new Network Members and partnership relationshipsNurturing B2B relationships by working collaboratively with the team to optimize clients'' accounts for successWorking closely with the Customer Experience team for feedback and needsMonitoring performance metricsIdentifying and executing opportunities for expansion revenueManaging Network Member and partnership events and CPD sessionsHaving an understanding of digital marketing and working with our clients on the combination of short-term and long-term goalsAbout YouYoull have:3+ years proven experience account managing clients and/partnerships in the professional services industry (legal, financial, accounting and/or property)Experience in a startup/scale-up dynamic operating environmentA strong understanding of technology, and be confident navigating tech platforms, integrations and systemsExemplary verbal and written communication skillsExcellent attention to detailThe ability to create deep relationships managing multiple stakeholdersOutstanding time management and priority-setting skillsAn ability to problem solve quickly in a dynamic environmentA collaborative, team-player approachExperience in negotiating contractsA professional yet empathetic, friendly approachExperience account managing Enterprise clientsExperience using Sales Pipeline & CRM softwareWhats on OfferAt The Separation Guide, you will:Work in a collaborative environment full of diverse, highly skilled peopleEnjoy a flexible & hybrid work environment with a minimum of 2 days in the Carlton officeBe a vital part of an exciting, growing Startup creating significant social impactBe a part of a team that values learning & development, including a company budget for professional and personal growthPublic holiday swapsHave an opportunity to attend events and conferences for networkingPlease Note: This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position.
