You will develop and implement PMLs constructive engagement with third-party stakeholders to support the practical implementation of Philip Morris'' Smoke-free Future Vision.We Are Looking For Someone Who CanDevelop stakeholder engagement strategies and plans, manage high-impact projects, and build substantive research and policy relationships with stakeholders. Serve as a subject matter expert on tobacco harm reduction policy matters.Build and maintain a network of public policy and third-party stakeholders, including government, industry, unions, consumer groups, think tanks, and influencers across federal and state levels.Represent Philip Morris at public policy forums, engagement meetings, events, media interviews, and parliamentary committees.Support stakeholders with regulatory information related to Philip Morris efforts for a Smoke-free Future and tobacco harm reduction, collaborating with global policy and science specialists.Map policy processes within the bureaucracy at federal and state levels, identify key decision-makers, and track developments related to RRPs regulation.The key challenge is to raise awareness among political and bureaucratic decision-makers about the public health benefits of tobacco harm reduction policies and garner support for RRPs regulation to realize Philip Morris'' Smoke-free Future Vision.INNOVATION STARTS WITH TRYINGWere Looking For Someone Who HasProven success in a similar role within a large Australian or multinational company, preferably in a highly regulated environment, or experience in political, policy, media, or stakeholder engagement roles in political offices, unions, industry groups, or think tanks.Strategic thinking skills to develop plans supporting the achievement of Philip Morris'' vision and business goals.Expertise in Australian political processes and policy environment.Excellent communication skills, with experience in research, analysis, government advocacy, and stakeholder engagement.SHARE OUR VISIONWeve built the worlds most successful cigarette company with iconic brands.Now, were transforming into a company focused on smoke-free products that are a better choice than cigarettes.
