You will support the Change Manager in creating and implementing change management plans using COBIT practices and industry standards.Key accountabilities include:Implement change activities to support the Change Lead and ensure program success.Conduct change analysis and impact assessments using COBIT practices and industry standards.Develop and deliver change plans and reports with the Change Lead.Perform gap analysis to align transformation strategy and transition planning with program objectives.Manage stakeholders, identify and address issues, and report performance to the Change Lead.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance project delivery and manage change impacts.Collaborate with business groups to translate requirements into documentation.Create communication materials for clear, consistent messaging aligned with corporate branding.Design and deliver training materials, including manuals, job aids, and quick reference guides.Facilitate change impact analysis and design interventions to ease staff through changes.About youOur ideal candidate will possess the following:Must have at least 1 year experience successfully working as a Change AnalystDemonstrated experience conducting change impact assessments, with a strong background in core change programs and implementations.Proven experience engaging with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.Exemplary communication skills (written & verbal), with experience successfully developing engaging content that drives awareness and adoption of the change.Established experience successfully supporting the development of training materials and other enablement artefacts.Why V/LineIn addition to free myki travel, we offer:Community impact Make a genuine difference.
