In this role, youll lead and embed enterprise-level regulatory change across our client base with a particular focus on APRAs CPS 230 (Operational Risk Management) and CPS 220 (Risk Management) standards.This is an exciting opportunity to work across high-impact transformation projects, ensuring effective change management and compliance readiness in complex regulatory environments.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute change management strategies to support CPS 230 and CPS 220 compliance initiativesManage end-to-end change processes including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and trainingCollaborate with client teams including Risk, Compliance, Operational Resilience, and TechnologyBuild change capability within client organisations to ensure sustainable adoptionIdentify, manage, and mitigate resistance and change-related risksTrack change effectiveness and adoption metricsAbout You:5+ years of dedicated Change Management experience in compliance and regulatory projectsStrong understanding and hands-on experience with APRA StandardsBackground in consulting or professional services highly desirableSkilled in stakeholder engagement and navigating complex change environmentsWhy Work for Us?Our success as a leading business consulting firm relies on the calibre of our people.
