With a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering trading technology directly to clients and via our network of strategic partners, we are looking for an experienced Bilingual-speaking Account Manager to join our team to deliver on our continued growth plans.The Company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia with offices in the UK & Cyprus and support offices in The Bahamas, Bulgaria and Guatemala.As a pivotal component of Eightcap, our sales team takes pride in serving as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through their trading journey with expertise and technical assistance. The team ensures Eightcap''s clients enjoy the onboarding process that has become synonymous with our brand. Furthermore, our proactive approach extends to reaching out to leads and existing, ensuring we meet revenue and KPI targets on a monthly basis.The Sales team collaborates to provide the successful candidate with a great knowledge base of the company and the broader financial services industry.Key ResponsibilitiesManage clients within the APAC Region and ensure the highest level of satisfactionWorking with prospective clients (warm leads) to transition them through the sales pipelineWork towards achieving specific KPIs/Sales Targets.Maintaining relationship with new and existing clients including premium clients, with goals to increase funding and maximise retentionBuild a strong rapport and trust with clients to obtain referrals, solidify relationships through phone-based conversations and WhatsApp chatFormulate and execute the sales strategy and process improvementGeneral support including funding, withdrawal and trade related issuesProviding clients with tailored solutions to their enquiries as well as providing exceptional service to promote interest in the financial marketsCollaborate with key internal departments to drive sales initiatives and process improvements to grow South East Asia regionEnsure industry and company standards for AML/KYC are metWho are you?Bahasa Indonesia (or Malay) SpeakerSales experiences is desired but not mandatoryAbility to be in the office 5 days a weekAn interest in trading, FX, Crypto or general financeAbility to build trust, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive customer satisfactionStrong verbal and written communication skills to confidently present ideas, negotiate, and resolve client issuesSelf-motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentCollaborative and cooperative approach with the ability to work effectively within a diverse teamCompetence in using systems such as Google Suite, Salesforce, MetaTrader 4 / 5, TradingView and QuicksightCapable of analysing customer data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategyWhy Eightcap?Ongoing investment in your career developmentWellness and lifestyle perks like monthly corporate massagesParental leaveStaff referral bonus programEmployee-purchased leavePerkbox reward and recognitionStudy assistanceAnnual flu vaccinationsComplimentary fruit and snacksMulticultural environmentA dynamic and collaborative team cultureGreat CBD location with easy access to public transportRegular social activitiesAre you interested in this opportunity but dont meet every requirement?
