In addition, using your experience and knowledge you will effectively communicate the recommended corrective remedies to sustain and improve equipment condition and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide effective leadership and direction enabling the Site based team to achieve its project deliverablesDevelop, implement and deploy project; plans, scope and costs schedules and risk mitigation strategiesEffectively identifies and resolves problems, gathers and analyses information, develops alternative solutions using Team and Key Stakeholder synergiesEstablish and maintain strong relationships with Key Stakeholders and CustomersMaintain and develop Team capability that provides effective delivery of design and integration servicesEnsures compliance to relevant HSE and QA processes that support design and implementedMaintains positive and harmonious working relationshipsAbout YouDemonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team of employees3-5 years experience in Customer relationship management with proven deliverablesCertificate III Engineering (Mechanical) Diesel Fitter or Mobile Plant (desirable)Previous Liebherr Excavator knowledge advantageousProven track record of high-level customer supportEstablish and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.Diversity and InclusionDiversity and inclusion sit at the heart of the Liebherr Groups Core Values.
