This is a great opportunity for someonepassionate about financial management in a fast-growing industry.Job OverviewThe Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Easyshed,ensuring accurate financial reporting, planning, and analysis. You will manage a team,collaborate with other departments, and support senior management in making strategicfinancial decisions. This role is essential for the continued growth and financial success of thecompany.Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysiso Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to seniormanagement.o Perform variance analysis and ensure financial results are in line withcompany targets.o Monitor cash flow, profit margins, and cost control efforts.o Provide detailed financial analysis to support business decisions.o Lead the budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with departmentheads.o Ensure accurate, timely submission of budgets and forecasts.o Regularly update forecasts to reflect changes in business conditions andoperational plans. Financial Strategy & Planningo Assist in the development and execution of financial strategies to support thecompany''s growth.acquisitions, and cost optimization.o Identify financial risks and recommend mitigations.o Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and accountingstandards.o Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensurecompliance.o Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.o Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture ofhigh performance.o Provide training and mentorship to enhance the team''s financial knowledgeand skills.o Set clear goals and objectives for the finance department.o Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, operations, HR) to ensurealignment of financial strategies with business objectives.o Support senior leadership in preparing business plans and proposals for growthinitiatives.Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance managerial role, ideally withinmanufacturing or retail industries. Strong understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financialanalysis. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (NetSuite, Xero, SAP) Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
