Integrated Family Violence Project Lead - Hume Riverina Community Legal ServiceAdd expected salary to your profile for insightsNEW OPPORTUNITY AVAILABLE - Integrated Family Violence Project Lead HRCLSLocation: WodongaHours: Part Time - 22.8 hours per weekContract Duration: June 2025 February 2027Lead meaningful change for families impacted by violence.Our Hume Riverina Community Legal Service (HRCLS) program is looking for a committed and experienced Project Lead to coordinate and support the establishment and expansion of our integrated family violence programs who provide legal assistance services and support to individuals affected by family violence. This is a unique opportunity to drive positive systemic change in partnership with key community organisations.About the RoleYou will be responsible for coordinating the Family Violence Integrated Project, through planning, implementing and monitoring the project plan, applying evaluation frameworks, utilising data collection tools to ensure the all-project milestones and funder obligations are achieved while ensuring that policies, procedures, protocols, and systems are developed and embedded in everyday practice for both clients and staff.Key Duties Include:Supporting the establishment and management of project governance structures including the steering committee and community of practice meetings.Embedding policies, procedures, protocols, and systems into everyday practice for staff and clients.Driving the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the integrated project.Developing and monitoring project plans aligned with funder requirements.Applying evaluation frameworks and utilising data collection tools to ensure milestones and obligations are met.Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance coordinated service delivery.Coordinating and supporting the facilitation of education, professional development and capacity building activitiesKey Selection Criteria:A tertiary qualification in law or associated field is preferred including social work, business, education or other appropriate field or demonstrated experience.Demonstrated ability to work strategically and collaboratively in an integrated service environment.Strong project and stakeholder management skills, understanding of the principles of working in partnership.Proven experience with project management in a community-based setting, including assisting with the design, development and delivery of projects, including monitoring of key timeframes and tasks and the ability to collect and analyse data supporting the project objectives.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Understanding of the needs of those affected by family violence and those who have experienced traumaBenefits When Joining Us:Five weeks annual leave plus 3 days ex-gratia leave between Christmas and New Year.Professional growth and development opportunitiesA supportive and inclusive work environmentEmployee Health and Wellbeing programs availableHealthy work-life balance and flexible working arrangementsSalary packaging (up to the value of $15,900) plus meal entertainment (up to $2,650)This is an exciting new opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating safer communities and growing their potential.
