Key Duties and Responsibilities Facilitate the identification of digital system-related business needs and processes, monitor and collate data, and identify competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions and designs in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Provide project-level analysis and produce necessary analysis documentation. Design and deliver workshops, communication, and consultation resources to support complex systems and business information gathering. Work with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate requirements into clear User Stories. Document Business Analyst artefacts including Epics, User Stories, User Interface requirements, and process maps comparing current and future states. Skills Experience in documenting Business Analyst artefacts such as Epics, User Stories, User Interface requirements, and process maps. Ability to liaise with and manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve business outcomes. Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences. Desirable Skills Interest in accessibility and enthusiasm for accessible design and development. Experience with software platforms such as Jira, Salesforce, Mulesoft, and SAP.
