To build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others.An integral part of our big-hearted BlueCare team, as a Care Manager youll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.Lets make a meaningful difference, together.Your part in our BlueCare teamWorking closely with your Residential Services Manager, youll ensure quality and compliance governance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.Youll have the opportunity to lead and inspire your team providing supervision, guidance and mentorship, through your effective decision making and clinical experience. Youll provide exceptional care whilst responding to clinical nursing issues and concerns. With their wellbeing always in mind, you will review resident care and care plans promoting independence & quality of life.Working with the Care Coordinators, youll work to provide outstanding care to residents in your service, advocating individualised care that enhances and promotes their quality of life.Overseeing a team of care staff, youll empower your team through learning, support and leadership in order to advance the level of service to your residents.In conjunction with your Residential Service Manager, youll ensure care governance and quality compliance are achieved through robust processes that meet internal and external auditing standards.Youll ensure the sustainability and growth of the service through your diligence with ANNACfunding, care planning and community engagement. Youll plan and implement care initiatives centred on quality improvements, driving positive changes within your services.What makes a difference for us?Youll be an experienced nursing clinician, with previous experience as a Clinical Lead or Clinical Nurse within a health, community or aged care environment. Youll be an advocate for person-centred care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service.
