The team are vastly experienced, highly respected & excellent executors of all forms of media.Why Join Us?Team-Oriented Environment:Collaboration and teamwork are at the heart of what we do.Lifestyle Perks:Enjoy a swim or run along the beach during lunch breaks.Office Perks:Our office is stocked with great snacks.Networking Opportunities:Build lasting friendships and connections within the media industry.Continuous Learning:We provide ongoing training and development for our staff.Diverse Client Base:Work across a variety of clients, ensuring no two days are the same.IMAA Membership:We are proud members of the Independent Media Agencies of Australia.Principal purpose of the role:Our Senior Client Manager will bring a high degree of skill across client service, media planning and media buyingThey will lead 4-6 key client accounts for the agency and support senior staff across their patchThey will be responsible for managing client communications and satisfaction, and be skilled in developing and presenting media campaignsDimensions:Reports to: Account DirectorDirect Reports: Communications Executive & Account Co-ordinatorScope Client Management, Media Planning and BuyingKey ResponsibilitiesClient Management:Serve as the primary contact for senior clients, owning performance strategy and delivery.Presentations and Pitches:Assist in creating engaging and successful client presentations and pitches.Performance Goals:Understand and meet client income or sales targets, driving key performance indicators (KPIs).Professional Standards:Set high standards for client-facing work, including quarterly reviews and client interactions.Mentorship:Provide developmental feedback and conduct periodic reviews to mentor and grow their team.Tool Management:Lead and manage performance tools to ensure efficient task delegation and workload management.Culture Building:Foster a culture of results, innovation, and quality assurance within the company.Brand Representation:Represent Media Republics values, culture, and dedication to training at industry and client events.Skills, Experience and Education RequirementsEducation:Bachelors degreein marketing or a relevant field.Experience:Over 4 years of experience in client service, media planning and media buying.
