This will include:People management of 15 staff including a lead packer and 4-5 casualsConducting daily toolbox talksChecking materials and equipmentUsing SAP to set up line - picking and staging materialsAdhering too and monitoring for strict GMP protocolsConducting daily reportingSupporting upcoming projects - automated packaging machinery, smart scaleSome hands on packagingThe Successful ApplicantOur Successful Candidate Will Have Experience In a Production Or Packing Environment Within Food, Fmcg, Med Devices, Pharma Or Other GMP Environment And Bagging, Labelling Or Packaging Machines.
