Within this role you ensure ongoing reliability and maintenance of the plantas we continue to upgrade the plant and driving long term viability and reducing extended downtime and production losses.Nufarm people are the foundation of our success and to enable them to be their best we offeran inclusive environment. The shift patterns for this role are across rotating morning and afternoon shift (6.00am-11.30pm) with every 4th week having an RDO (4 day week) Employee Share Plan (Shares in Nufarm!) Great Team and ability to work within Agchem in Australia!How Youll Help Us Grow Maintain records as required including printing Work Orders, assigning parts, recordinghistory, raising supplementary work orders, closing out workorders in MEX Maintain and repair electrical and instrumentation equipment including but not limitedto: switch gear, substation equipment, motor circuit protectors, motor control centres,digital display equipment, lighting circuits, safety systems and devices., leveltransmitters, pressure transmitters, flow meters etc. Assist in planning and scoping future work as requested and included in daily schedule Keep in communication with store room personnel to update on gaps, low inventoriesand all aspects relating to spare parts and replacement inventory Perform predictive, preventive, corrective and proactive maintenance on all equipmentand perform tests to identify problems, maintain systems and calibrate equipmentwithin the plant. Perform duties and work assigned on daily schedule to a high standard in 5S, safety,environmental, and quality requirements. Ensuring root cause of the problems areaddressedEnsure that required work has appropriate Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety &Environmental Analysis (JSEA), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) and Management of Change(MOC) done before performing tasks related to it Participate in and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement among colleaguesby encouraging suggestions, ideas and use of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improveequipment reliability, availability, maintainability and SafetyCould This Be You?You will have qualifications within electrical technology instrumentation & control withexperience ideally within a chemical manufacturing environment or similar high hazard. Youalso bring previous experience within HV systems and previous exposure working atheights/confined space in a high hazard environment with the required licences.Engaging and proactive, you have excellent communication skills that you can leverage tomanage stakeholder relationships and customer satisfaction.
