Join to apply for the Payroll Manager role at DWS1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Payroll Manager role at DWSGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.DWS is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager, accustomed to working the full end-to-end payroll process, and managing a flexible p/t payroll officer.Reporting to the GM Finance, the role will have complete responsibility for the entire end-to-end payroll function, and will act at the single point of contact for both staff enquiries and for internal teams (HR, finance, recruitment etc.)Applicants must hold Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency (PR), or other permanent work rights - DWS are unable to sponsor or support visas.Type: Permanent, full timeStart: ASAP / ImmediatelySalary: up to $145K (inc super) depending on experienceLocation: Flexible hybrid; 1 day per week (normally Wed) in Melbourne CBD office + WFHEssential Skills And ExperienceCoordinate and manage of the entire end-to-end weekly and fortnightly group payroll function for the business of 500+ staffChecking and auditing all payroll to ensure legislative and award complianceInternal reporting such as annual leave, personal leave and long service leaveManagement of HR3 payroll system, SAP experience (particularly a migration) would be highly beneficialEnsuring timely and appropriate processing of long service leave, bonuses etc are managed efficiently and effectivelyCalculation and payments of termination and redundancy paymentsPayment and reconciliation of bonus paymentsLiaise with management and staff regarding pay enquiriesReconciliation of STP dataLiaise with HR staff regarding new starters, terminations and other relevant mattersKnowledge of year end processesReviewing all new starter paperwork to ensure that all necessary forms are accurateNovated leases, salary sacrifices and all associated adminProcessing of Centrelink PPL, child support and other statutory deductionsCalculation and reconciliation of group payroll taxTeaching and mentoring one direct report (part time)Ad hoc reporting as requiredWorking At DWS Offers YouOngoing professional and career developmentAn active social club that host regular, subsidised eventsCorporate discounts on a range of services and products, including health insurance, gym memberships, Apple products and much moreAbout UsEstablished in 1991, DWS is a professional Technology Consultancy and part of HCLTech.
