Our Clerkship Program We offer a structured four-week program combining hands-on experience, training, coaching, and observation. During this period, you will become a central member of your team, working directly with our partners and clients. All clerks have the opportunity to undertake meaningful work for real clients, including: Attending client meetings Observing court proceedings Conducting legal research Developing technical skills such as drafting, due diligence, and disclosure Participating in team meetings, training, and continuing legal education programs You will be supported by a supervising partner, their team, and a mentor. Our well-resourced corporate services team will also assist you throughout the program. Clerks are encouraged to participate in firm social eventssuch as Friday night drinks, the end-of-year party, and other social and sporting activitiesto ensure you gain valuable experience while having fun. Students who complete a clerkship with us will be considered for a position in our next Graduate Program, starting in 2027. This 12-month program includes rotations across different practice areas to help you identify the area of law that best suits you.
