They dont just deliver packaging they deliver consistent quality, exceptional service and innovative solutions that give their partners a true competitive edge.Be part of a team thats building world-class packaging solutions and shaping a more sustainable future.Key responsibilities:This position will focus on growing a customer base across the food & beverage, health & beauty and pharmaceutical markets with responsibilities including:Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share.Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support ongoing growth targets.Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions in line with company policies, including price adjustments when necessary.Strengthen relationships with key accounts and cultivate new client partnerships.Representing at industry events to maintain market insight and build brand presence.Initiate and implement innovative business development campaigns and initiatives.Effectively promote the full suite of integrated products and services.Collaborate with the Sales Manager to manage and convert leads via Salesforce.Deliver value-added solutions to customers, maximising account profitability through upselling opportunities.Gather and report on market intelligence, competitor activity, and industry trends.Ensure seamless onboarding and internal coordination for new clients and product launches.What Attributes do you need?Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong planning and organisational skillsStrong commercial acumenStrong analytical skillsStrong influencer internally and externallyAbility to develop strong working relationships; strong interpersonal skillsProblem solving, conflict resolution, and collaborative selling skillsTakes accountability and executes on commitmentsSupports a diverse work environmentOperates as a team player and can informally pull a team together, leading them to achieve outcomeProfessional Approach and well presentedCan mentor and coach peers and colleaguesThe BusinessAt Connect APAC, we are recruiters who specialise in searching and selecting top talent for innovative, sustainable and growing businesses.We have partnered with a leading global manufacturer with a top class service, presence and a marketshare that grows year on year - this business look to develop their people and have a huge appeal across their target markets.
