Your Next Role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will support maintenance and operations by managing electrical and automation processes, providing technical leadership, and improving overall equipment effectiveness. Prioritize safety and ensure all personnel go home in the same condition they arrived. Manage and maintain automation systems proactively. Engage with stakeholders on electrical safety and process optimization to enhance production. Recommend and implement electrical and mechanical improvements through collaboration on site projects. Mentor electrical team members to develop their skills in resolving complex issues. Ensure all tasks meet quality, environmental, legislative, and regulatory standards. Location Based in Tumbarumba, NSW, a supportive community within 90 minutes of Wagga Wagga & Albury, offering affordable living and a quality lifestyle. About You Electrical trade qualification. Extensive experience with PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems. Proficiency in Allen Bradley/PILZ PLC programming and fault-finding, AC drives, and related systems. Hydraulics and Pneumatics experience is highly recommended. First aid certification or willingness to obtain. Strong computer skills, with experience in pronto or similar CMMS systems preferred. Experience in technical service delivery, planning, and customer relations, especially in manufacturing. Lean manufacturing experience and problem-solving skills are advantageous. Why Hyne Timber?
