Working with the Head Finance Broker and Director of this growing Finsure Broker''s business, youll provide a seamless home loan experience for clients. The role supports customers by managing the back-of-house home loan process whilst guiding clients from application to settlement. This is a part-time role in a work-from-home capacity.What you will do:Understand and manage the end-to-end process for home loan applications and the post-approval process.Ensure home loan applications are complete and accurate, including loan application forms, property valuation reports, lodging pricing approvals, and other required documents.Prepare credit submissions for new home loan applications, ensuring all data entry reflects information from source documents, including the completion of online calculators (e.g., Servicing Calculators).Ensure all applications are submitted within risk and compliance frameworks (e.g., NCCP - National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009).Place the customers at the centre of everything you do by providing exceptional service from client introduction to loan fulfillment/funding, and ensuring customers become advocates of your head broker''s business.What you will have:Minimum 3 years banking or finance experience as a Lending Associate, Lending Support Officer, Loan Writer, or similar role in the mortgage or lending industry.Previous loan writer/para broker experience with a broker is highly regarded.Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing loan applications and supporting documents.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple loan applications simultaneously.Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with customers, loan officers, assessors/underwriters, solicitors/lawyers, and Lender BDMs to achieve desired outcomes, while delivering a great customer experience.A high level of professionalism and good organization skills.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typePart-timeJob functionAdministrative and FinanceIndustriesBanking and Financial ServicesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Finsure by 2x.Get notified about new Mortgage Specialist jobs in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
