What Youll Actually Be Doing (besides sipping coffee and dealing with some dead set legends):Meet warm, pre-qualified clients (yep, theyve already paid us to help them buy no chasing here)Craft sexy loan structures that unlock their full borrowing power (and make you look like a genius).Work hand-in-hand with our buyers agents to get deals done, fast and smoothNavigate lender policy like a ninja ???? (no one loves servicing calcs, but you tolerate them)Own your pipeline from hello to settlement (with support from our team weve got your back)Stay compliant, keep learning, and maybe even teach us a thing or two What You Bring:Cert IV or Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking2+ years broking experience (this can''t be your first rodeo)MFAA or FBAA membershipStrong sales & loan management skills (you understand compliance and settling deals, but most importantly you understand that this is a huge deal for our clients and not just a number on our spreadsheet)Tech confidence CRMs, lender platforms, Zoom no dinosaurs pleaseA get it done mindset, a sense of humour, and zero ego (to balance me out) Whats In It For You:Work from anywhere Beach.
