With our proven ability to attract and retain top talent, we are looking for aSr. Designer, Experience Design Consultant who thrives on challenge and who is hungry to grow in their ability and knowledge to work on-site as a consultant with a international company in the financial sector.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign customer-focused solutions that meet measurable business objectives and be able to continuously evolve these solutionsTranslate business requirements, market research, user needs and models of social behaviour into conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mock-ups, information architecture diagrams, interaction specifications and prototypesGather qualitative and quantitative user feedback and distil it into insights to create and optimise customer journeysBring inspiring ideas and motivation into an energetic and collaborative team and be able to lead cross-functional design concept reviews from initial sketches and wireframes and prototypes through final designQUALIFICATIONS4+ years of experience working at a digital agency as an Information Architect / Experience Designer / Product Designer / UX DesignerExperience on creating mobile, tablet and web experiences for mid and large sized organisationsPortfolio of key projects delivered in past years, calling out your role on the project, deliverables responsible and successes achieved.Experience creating detailed wireframes, sitemaps, content and site audits. Example deliverables requestedExcellent communication skills (both in conversation and in writing) and a portfolio which demonstrates strong problem-solving ability in various phases of design and deliveryFamiliarity with the technical considerations needed when designing for mobile customer experiencesAbility to work gracefully and have a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environmentAbility to drive the design review cycle and close on design requirements independentlyExperience developing detailed user-interface specifications and design patternsWorked within collaborative, cross-functional teams to deliver multiple, successful projectsAbility to travel abroadA sense of humour!The ability to create functional prototypes for touch screen devicesExperience with designing, setting up and conducting user testing and research studiesExperience creating digital strategies and content strategiesExperience in the financial sector, andWorking with remote and International stakeholders and teams.THE PERKSWell pay you to come work at WONGDOODY, because were generous like that.
