At Modibodi, were changing the world - one body at a time.About the Role:Were excited to introduce a newly created opportunity for a performance-driven eCommerce Manager Paid Media & Trade to join our team in Sydney.In this role, youll take the lead in shaping and executing our digital growth strategy, with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth in our key UK and EU markets.Youll lead our paid media strategy and ensure it aligns with ecommerce trade priorities, working closely with agency partners and internal teams. With a strong focus on performance marketing and commercial outcomes, youll manage campaigns and creative, report on and analyze performance, and support trade initiatives to deliver seamless, high-converting customer experiences across our global Shopify storefronts.Were on a journey to build a high-performing, supportive team where trust, collaboration, and shared goals drive everything we do. We take accountability for our work, but we never do it alone - we lift each other up, share in our successes, and support one another through challenges.If youre motivated by purpose, inspired by growth, and ready to make a meaningful impact, wed love to have you with us.What You Will Do:Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive performance and efficiency across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Manage agency partners, and oversee day-to-day campaign execution, including budget allocation, bidding, and audience targeting.Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content and landing pages.Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV.Coordinate ecommerce trade initiatives aligned with key promotional moments and product launches.Work cross-functionally to execute regional strategies in key markets (UK, France, and emerging EU markets).Ensure a cohesive customer journey from ad click to conversion, collaborating with UX, CRO, and CRM teams.Leverage first-party data to enhance retention and re-engagement strategies.Identify and test new acquisition channels, including affiliates and influencer partnerships.Use analytics tools (Triple Whale, GA4, Shopify) to track performance and generate actionable insights.Deliver regular reports and forecasts to inform strategic decisions and optimize media spend.Who You Are:You bring 35 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or ecommerce growth.You have hands-on experience managing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.Youre confident with metrics like ROAS, CPC, CPA, and media attribution models.Youre skilled in using analytics platforms such as GA4 and Triple Whale.Youre highly analytical, data-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.Youre commercially minded, with a strong understanding of how media spend impacts revenue.Youre organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who collaborates well across teams.Experience scaling ecommerce brands internationally (especially in Europe), familiarity with Shopify Plus and multi-region stores, and knowledge of SEO, affiliate marketing, or influencer-led growth strategies will be highly regarded.This is a Hybrid role#ModibodiCaring, Connected, and GrowingAt Modibodi, we believe in supporting both your professional journey and personal well-being as we work together to create a healthier, safer world.
