As the conductor and orchestrator of the neighbourhood ecosystem, the Neighbourhood Leader puts the customer front and centre, while coordinating the day-to-day operations of the neighbourhood to deliver safe and high-quality care to customers and patients.You will directly lead a team of Care Team Leaders whilst also being the driving force to inspire the broader neighbourhood team, Practice Leads, and multidisciplinary team (MDT''s) to accept the challenge of embracing new ways of working, always focused on customer outcomes. As the Neighbourhood Leader you will work alongside the broader ecosystem, to strengthen the integration and delivery of services as well as working relationships.
