Specialising in high-end residential interiors that blend timeless elegance with contemporary Australian living, delivered with meticulous details and an emphasis on craftsmanship, sustainability, and each clients unique story.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced proactive and highly organised Studio & Procurement Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract (approx. 13 months). This integral role supports the day-to-day operations of our busy design studio, ensuring internal processes run smoothly and projects progress efficiently.You will act as the first point of contact for new enquiries, provide administrative support to the leadership team, and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors. As part of your role, youll manage studio calendars, coordinate supplier presentations, ensure the studio is well presented and ready to welcome visitors. You will also oversee procurement for residential projects and support the design team by managing ordering and delivery coordination.Youll thrive in a collaborative, design-focused environment and enjoy creating structure, clarity, and support across all aspects of our studio. While this is a maternity leave contact, there is potential for the role to evolve into something more permanent depending on your skills, interests, and the studios growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for new client enquiries and general studio communicationsProvide administrative support to Director & Studio Director, including preparing proposals, contracts, and invoicesManage and maintain studio and team calendars, scheduling meetings, and presentations for key project milestonesManage supplier relationships, coordinate supplier presentations, library updates and events for the teamLiaise with clients, designers, suppliers, and contractors to support day-to-day project needsPrepare awards submissions, proofreading social media posts, and other marketing materialProcurement ManagementSupport the design team with procurement tasks including requesting supplier quotes and invoices, furniture budgets and lead timesPlace and track orders, liaising with suppliers to confirm lead times, processing invoices and schedule deliveriesMaintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and warranty claimsCoordinate and supervise on-site installations as requiredAbout YouYou are an organised, self-motivated professional with a strong eye for detail and a natural ability to keep things running smoothly. With a calm, can-do attitude, youre confident juggling multiple priorities and enjoy being the go-to person who supports the wider team to stay on track.You have a minimum of 10 years experience in studio management, operations, or procurement - ideally within the design or creative industry and are comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, from clients to suppliers.
