The successful candidate will be responsible for opening a new 150-place service, attracting families, building a team from the ground up, and delivering exceptional education and care.Work is nearing completion on our state-of-the-art centre. Families are enquiring and excited about our grand opening. The missing piece is the Centre Director!The leadership team is outgoing and optimistic, with a strong emphasis on having fun.The RoleYou will be the face of the centre to families, providing helpful and understanding support.You will drive standards of care.You will deliver an engaging learning environment for children.You will be the Nominated Supervisor, ensuring compliance with all aspects of the EYLF.You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to achieve outstanding results.
