You will work closely with the firms Managing Partner, who brings a wealth of experience across NSW and WA jurisdictions and is particularly noted for his expertise in mining and resources law, as well as corporate disputes and shareholder matters. His diverse practice also includes regulatory and administrative law, where he regularly advises clients in dealings with regulators such as ASIC and environmental authorities.His experience further spans Senate Committee inquiries, coronial inquests, product recalls, workplace accidents, ACCC investigations, and major environmental prosecutions.
