For over a century, we''ve been crafting innovative, high-quality products for homes and offices, including market-leading brands like Caroma, Methven and Clark.About the roleReporting to the Head of Sustainable Procurement, this role supports the development and delivery of a sustainable procurement strategy that drives long-term cost savings and minimises environmental and social impact.You will:Lead and execute tactical and strategic sourcing programs, including managing RFPs, supplier negotiations, and sourcing strategy developmentAnalyse spend data, conduct market reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive cost savings and efficiency improvementsSupport the achievement of key ESG and sustainable procurement targets, including GHG protocols, circular economy initiatives, supplier charters, and sustainability auditsDevelop and maintain a Procurement Spend & Savings Dashboard using multiple data sources to provide visibility and insightsPartner with internal and external stakeholders to share responsible procurement practices, success stories, and innovative approachesReview supplier contracts for policy and legal compliance, and monitor contract performance to ensure SLAs and commercial KPIs are metEnsure accurate record keeping across contracts, supplier performance and transactions, with regular reporting to leadership teamsAssess and approve vendor onboarding requests, ensuring alignment with regulatory and policy requirements, such as Modern Slavery obligationsIdentify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategiesPerform additional duties as required to support the broader procurement and ESG agendaAbout youAs our Sustainable Procurement Business Partner, you will bring:3+ years experience in indirect or sustainable procurementKnowledge of climate and sustainability frameworks (e.g., Scope 13, NGERS, APCO, ASRS, Modern Slavery)Proven ability to manage sourcing projects, contracts, and supplier relationshipsStrong analytical and digital skills, with proficiency in ExcelExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsTertiary qualifications in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related fieldCIPS certification desirableAbout usAt GWA, we''re not just a companywe''re a supportive community committed to making everyday water experiences extraordinary.
