You will provide operational and strategic guidance on all People-related matters and lead initiatives supporting our mid-term plan, including transformational change and fostering a high-performing culture.Reporting to an HR Director, this senior role in our Oceania People & Culture team offers opportunities for career growth. Join us as we transform and evolve in the beverage industry!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and achieve the People plan and divisional mid-term strategic plansCreate roadmaps for change management and organizational changeCoach, mentor, and develop Senior Executives on key people prioritiesBuild high-performance teams, including employee engagement initiativesImplement talent management practices and collaborate with our Talent Management teamSupport complex ER cases requiring advanced HR expertiseMentor People Partners to enhance their experienceWhats in Your ToolkitYou should have success partnering with executives in fast-paced environments, with experience in developing and executing people strategies.
